Blue Shield of North Eastern NY-Anyone?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has BSof NENY for an insurance company and how hard it was to get approval for sleeve surgery.

I also stumbled acrossed a list of insurance companies that cover WLS, but now i can't find it again. Has anyone else seen that list and remember where it was located?

Thanks for any and all info.
