Gluten Free products - any better with the band?

Hi All,

I know that everyone says white flour products tend to stick in the band (not for all but for some) , what about gluten free products do these stick as well.

Is it more the consistancy of what you eat or is there certain ingredients that simply don't go down well?

So far Im just in my liquid stage (soups now) and of course not had to worry about sticks yet but I am trying to prepare to eat properly.

I haven't had trouble with gluten free products...my mom has to be on a gluten free diet so that is all that's in our house lol. Good luck!
