Glad I just bought one...oh goodness I'm not sure I can drink them lol. I got the watermelon and I put it in Water and it was awful it might be better if I were to just chug half of it and the other half later lol.

Why dont you try the Isopure Protein drinks from GNC their 40grams of protein and honestly their not that bad they have a lot of diffrent flavors

LOL....they aren't what I'd want to drink to celebrate with, but they are a good choice for protein. Just my experience, the 42 gram ones will give me a belly ache If I take it all at once. I usually will only do half at a time....hold your nose and down it goes. just try not to taste it. :)

When I was on full liquids I have whey protein...vanilla, choc, orange, banana...I mix about 1/2c. Water with crushed ice just about1/3c then 2 scoops vanilla pro pdw strawberries and banana then mix it up in my magic bullet...tastes just like a smoothie. If you have pdw that isn't sweetened then use stevia or some sweetener to give it a better taste. Mine is delcious. 2 scoops has 27 g of protein and I have it 2x a day which all incl is about 220 cal. You're suppose to have 60 to 70 g pro per day so says my doc.

Yes...that sounds good as well! I enjoy a protein smoothie or shake quite often myself. You will find such a wide assortment of powders, drinks, etc. I was just saying FOR ME, the 42 grams that come in a tube of the New Whey Liquid the OP mentioned is too much AT ONCE.
