Nerves at first visit

Ok waiting in the waiting room today was nerve racking for me. My leg was shaking in the waiting room and that NEVER happens to me. I met with the Insurance Coordinator who thanked me for faxing my letter of med necessity and 6 months of weight loss with Dr ahead of this visit.

My next appt is 9/20 w/ Dr Ache (this is when I get my surgery dated.

and then 9/23 with dietician and Psych

One down, good going. Don't fret over the process. It's definitely annoying, but don't let it be anxiety provoking. You'll get there, one step at a time :)

I have never felt like that before or at least not since I was a teenager. So excited! My Consultation is 9/20/13 next Friday and I get my surgery date then. On 9/23/13 I meet with the dietician and do my psych eval. Back to back hopefully. So Surgery date TBA next week. It will be on a Thurs due to my insurance coverage better for me at one location.

Everthing will be fine. You have jump through the hoops, the surgery is next- one minute your awake next minute your banded. Everyone has a bit of nerves.
