Looking for recommended surgeons in Vancouver or Portland

I would like to hear from people regarding doctors in the area where I am. Just looking for references!!! I am attending a meeting next week at PeaceHealth SW, but know there are other Drs and hospitals in and around the area. Looking for the best, safest, etc. Can someone help me?
