Finally met with TR nutritionist

I've had such frustration with the lack of info from TR but I'm finally getting the "big picture". I'm happy now, but really wish I'd had everything before, or at least at my surgery date.

Down almost 60 pounds since May28 and finally have direction on calories, Protein etc.

Honestly I could feel some of my old ways slipping in the last couple of weeks because even after my first fill I truly don't feel as if I've had anything done. I realized I could eat anything I want, as fast as I want, as frequently as I want. Not a good thing for a food addict to learn. Glad I called and got the council before I went down the slippery slope that I'm sure we are all familiar with. Second fill on August 1. Hoping for a larger fill.
