What should i do after slimmed/vomit episode.

Ate to quickly to put it simply...

Slimmed then slimmed a second time and some chewed up food came up. Is that considered vomiting? I don't think it came from the bottom stomach.

liquids for a while?

Sounds like the second episode was what I've seen called a PB - productive burp. Different from vomiting. I haven't had this happen yet, but going back to liquids for a couple days might be a good idea in case your band/esophagus is irritated.

PB in my opinion. Should be fine.

Happened to me this morning. It sucked!! I didn't go back to liquids for the rest of the day but made sure I ate A LOT slower and smaller bites when I did lunch and dinner. I knew I was eating too fast when I was doing it but I was with friends and we were in a rush to eat breakfast so we could go shopping at a really great antique place, but next time I'll know just to hold off until I have time to eat slowly!!!

when that happens to me I usually drink something hot to relax my band afterwards and take it easy on food choices for that day. It happens to the best of us.
