Plateau and Weight Watchers- any success?

I have been plateaued for a long while (several months) I still continue to track my intake, exercise, and get water in but the scale has not moved in months. I am joining weight watchers today so perhaps that will get my weight moving. Anyone else had to do that ?

I say to do whatever works: Low carb, Paleo, low fat, no carb restrictions, South Beach, Atkins, or Weight Watchers. If it's healthy and it works for your needs than go for it.

Thank you For that encouragement. If I am not mistaken I think you picture is different showing more weight loss, MIS73. Am I correct? It has been a while since I have been on the site.

I did Weight Watchers to help me lose my last 20 or so pounds...it was easier for me to have the program help me chart my food and keep me accountable.

I joined and it seems easier to track the points versus calories. We will see at the weigh in, lol...
