Abdminoplasty, breast lift, chin, lipo on 7/25

I am so excited to be less then 2 weeks away from my surgery". I have lost 65lbs. I'm not at my goal yet but even though I eat great and exercise 5 days a week I cannot lose anymore. My plastic surgeon feels it will help to get all the excess skin off. I only have to lose 30 more this will put me close to my goal! I will post before and after pics

Wow how exciting!

Depending on how much skin you need removed the scale can definitely go down after the surgery. But, the other thing is skin doesn't weigh nearly as much as most people think it would.

For an example: I had a tummy tuck with skin removal 2 months ago. After losing over 200 pounds, I had over 12 pounds of skin removed. I had A LOT skin, too. It just isn't that heavy as far as weight.

Best wishes!!

Wow, that IS exciting! I am on the fence for myself. Some days I think I should just go for it, but then my body keeps changing and improving, so I think I should wait it out a bit longer. The cosmetic surgery scares me more than the band surgery did.

I am with you. Want to take the leap but a little scared!

Very exciting!

Very exciting news! I can't wait to see the pictures! :D
