First Fill Today

I have my first fill today and I'm pretty nervous. Needles don't bother me I think it's just not knowing what to expect that's making me nervous. I had the band on May 21st. I started to diet a couple weeks before that and I'm down 40 lbs as of today. I'm ready for the weight to start melting off.

You'll do fine. They are surprisingly anticlimactic usually. Lay down, sometimes they have you lift your legs or tighten your abdominal muscles, needle goes into port, add fluid, done. Once you get good at it you can be in and out in 10 minutes or less. Good luck!
