24 hours post op

Just got home from the hospital and I'm exhauseted. Have not walked around too much though. The weight of my belly kills with these incisions. Any tips for the walk would be great.

I'm on the second day home holding a pillow to support the belly makes a world of difference for me I too feel like my tummy is going to fall out. Today is way easier than yesterday.

When you get up and down I found it helped if I put a little pressure on my port area with my hand. It also helped to do this when I coughed.

Ok I will try that. Are you laying on ur side at all? I can't help but to feel like I'm messing something up when trying to lean a bit on my side. I'm just so tired of being on my back.

Sent from my iPad using LapBandTalk

it hurt to lay on my side at first. so for a week or so I laid on my back or sat back in the recliner
