24 hours post op

Just got home from the hospital and I'm exhauseted. Have not walked around too much though. The weight of my belly kills with these incisions. Any tips for the walk would be great.

    Congrats on your surgery!! Welcome to the banded side! My surgery was Friday am, so I am 5 days in. Take your pain meds and walk tiny steps. I walked circles in my house from room to room. Each Time you walk double it, by yesterday evening my goal was 5 minutes. today I went to Wally World and walked the store. take it east and rest. good luck and keep me posted. Lap {{Hugs}}
