upset...insurance denied

Recommended Posts

I've called my insurance and they sent me a form to make sure my surgeon completes... And I gave it to them. I've been up my surgeons a$$ to say the least bc I've been so concerned that they're not telling me the right thing for insurance. I love the office and they always put my mind At ease - but being that my surgery is scheduled for aug. 5th I'm nervous I won't get final approval.

Connie I was very nervous about gettin my approval also. I received approval at 12:00 yesterday and my surgery us at 8:00 am tomorrow. My psych was late turning in her report. Final submission of paper work happened July 3rd. The insurance carrier told me not to worry they would have approval within 48 hours of final submission and they did. Again if you are nervous call them and ask more questions. wishing you the best!

My fear of denial is because I'm so on the cusp- 37.5 BMI and asthma, reflux, and insomnia. I don't have sleep apnea and I'm on a diaretic for high blood pressure but that's a new diagnosis within the last month

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
