SOUTH EAST MICHIGAN!!!

Hi everyone, I Cay I'm 21 yrs old have always been over weight but for the past to years things have gotten worse. When I was 19 I discovered I was pregnant an I weight 193. I gaine 60-70lbs during it an once I had my son I lost almost 40 then ny body decided to gain weight and hold that weight. I am currently 263.5 the sane weight I was when I was 9mons pregnant with my son that was 2yrs ago since the day I realized I gain every oz of weight back I have tried diets up the ying yang an diet pills and workouts. With no weight loss at all. Even went to my doctor for the past 2yrs to try different pills to help me lose weight and did test to find out why my body wouldn't lose body fat. Everything has fail and I am very depressed about my weight so I've decided on the Lap Band surgery I have a doctors apt May 22nd 2013 to hopefully try to get approved for the surgery I will do whatever it takes to get approved or will pay for it outta hand myself if need be.

I live in Monroe MI. And would love to talk to people in the area who is either trying to get Banded or that has been Banded. And how much you either paid out of pocket or how much your insurance paid. And what doctors you recommend.

Again I'm 21 I'm 5'5" my BMI is 44.9 and I weight 265.8 sadly
