Banded on May 9, 2013

I was a little sore the first day I came home from surgery, but if you do a lot of walking, I promise you that will help. I do need to ask someone that has had the surgery if anyone's calve's were hurting? The only soreness on me is my calve's. I stiffen up especially when i get up in the morning!! I am so excited to have had the surgery and can't wait to see the end results!!! Thank You

Could it be from not eating carbs for the past so many weeks? I know when I did Atkins I would get leg cramps a lot. I think it's because you are low in potassium. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I was also banded May 9th. I have felt pretty good. I am sore in my stomach and expected to be but any pain I've had has been caused by the gas that was put in me for surgery. I've walked alot and rocked in rocking chair helps too.

I've been banded now for 4 days and last night me and my husband walked around our house for about an hour!! It felt wonderful!!! Then I woke up this morning with no gas pains at all. I am gonna continue walking twice a day, once in the morning and a lot in the evening!! I really think this is gonna work. Still no appetite, but do take my vitamins and drink my shakes, and only clear liquids for now. Everyday is getting easier and easier!! Can't wait to see the results in a few months!!! :)

You are doing GREAT! I am so proud for you! If I can be of any help please let me know. Welcome to this site I know you will like it as much as I do!
