Cream of Potato

Im Full liquid and Cream of Potato was delicious yesterday and totally saved me. First time feeling satisfied and it was great. Had 7oz.

    JUst watch how much you eat of Cream of potatoe. Very starchy food item and hardly any good value.

    Dr said I can have it up to 2 times a day, otherwise I have to stick to protein shakes and Greek yogurt.
