Tuesday is the day..tomorrow starts all liquids..

Tomorrow I have to start all liquids til Monday night for surgery Tuesday morning. I am ready to just do all liquids starting today. Good idea or no?? Will I be starving and wanting to kick myself for doing it a day early?

Whatever you want to do will be fine. Extra liquids isn't going to be bad but you may want to check with the docs office real quick first. Good luck...and congrats on your surgery.

I would just do whats ordered. I am two days post op and let me tell you its very hard to get in calories and your body needs nutrients to heal. Im very tired and very nauseated and do not feel like eating at all....

Lucky Duck. I had to do clear liquids for two weeks before my surgery. Get some protein shakes they work to help alleviate the hunger. Congrats and good luck :P
