ZUMBA! And Cleared To Swim!

No question here! Just up early to go get my Zumba on. And my surgeon cleared me to swim so I start on Monday with my sister (who is a swimmer too :) state competitor this one) so no slacking from me! Have a great day everyone and I saw this saying a few days ago and thought I'd share, "You can't outrun a bad diet."
