How long did your port hurt?

It's probably to soon for my port to not hurt (6weeks1daypost) anymore but how long did it take for your port to stop hurting?

Honestly, I don't remember my port ever hurting after a few days. For a few days after fills, it's bruised and a little sore, but it's never really hurt. 6 wks is a long time. I'd get it checked out.

I had the band the end of July and recently at the gym I did something and my port hurt for a few days. Oh, ya, I did leg presses. I guess I had the seat too close to where you place your feet. I now push the seat further back. My hub thinks I used different stomach muscles that day. I sometimes sit at the table too close and hurt the port. I know, I am weird but it's the truth.

Wow.. Now that I think about it my port was fine until I did leg presses a week ago too!

I only did it once and I haven't been back to the gym because I sprained my "sacroiliac" (lower back)

I have an appointment tomorrow (:

And I'm a pretty strong girl so I was probably doing way heavier then I should of!

My port never hurt. It was tender for a few days though....................

My port was really sore for several weeks post-surgery. I am just over two months now and it doesn't hurt at all anymore. I think the hardest part for me was figuring out comfortable sleeping positions.
