I feel no restriction in my band

I had my first fill (1CC) and I feel no restriction at all. I am so hungry all day but have stayed strong and kept my meals small, healthy, and lap band friendly. Should I contact my PA about this?

What you're feeling is very normal. It takes most people multiple fills before they have adequate Fluid in their bands. You're in what many of us call "bandster hell" because you have the band but don't feel it yet.

It will get a lot easier and better but it will take some time (and likely a few more fills). Be patient.

Best wishes.

Thank you so much! I can't wait to get in the green zone! Thanks for the well wishes!

I was soooo frustrated with "bandster hell". It took about 4 fills for me to reach the Green Zone. Be Patience, you will get there.

Ditto to what missy said, sounds like you're doing great.

This process takes time and many emotional adjustments as well.

All my best to you!

It can be a rough start mentally but it does get better...

Be patient it takes a little while before you feel any restriction. Focus on making good food choices right now it will help you in the long run.

I just had my 4th fill the other day.....and can FINALLY say "so this is what it's supposed to feel like"! You will know.
