What are/were your goals?

I'm two months(ish) post op. My biggest goal is to fit into my size 14 American Eagle jeans again. Smaller would be fabulous, but man, those jeans!!! I want them so bad :)

Any other fab goals out there?

I've had a lot of goals through this journey. My first goal was to weigh under 400 pounds, then too lose 100 pounds, then to weigh under 300 pounds.

My current goal is to lose 200 pounds, which I'm only a couple pounds from reaching. After this one, my next will be to weigh under 200 pounds by my 40th birthday in June.

While I want to wear a size 12 again, my goals are to get rid of my Bi-Pap machine (Hate the mask), having more energy, and being able to take my dogs for long walks. I already have more energy than I had prior to my surgery on 2/19. I'm looking forward to the rest. :)

My current goal is not to gain any weight back and to maybe even drop 5 more lbs. during my losing part of this journey I took it 10 lbs at a time... Anything loftier then that would have been overwhelming because I had so much to lose.

It was to first be under 300, then 200, then in wonderland, then get rid of CPAP machine, then my original goal of 180. I have now met them all in 14 months. Now my goals are to get my hip replaced, maintain or lose 5 more pounds, and to get back on the tennis courts after surgery.

My goal was 170 but as I lose I now think around 140-150. When I got married 42 years ago I weighed 144. That would be amazing. My sons have never seen me under 180 and they were kids then.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
