Anyone been to Dr Finley in Atlanta

Hi, I am new at posting. In March I have an appt with Dr Charles Finley in Atlanta. Has anyone been to him? Is there a long waiting period for the surgery? Also, I am on disability and was wondering if he will offer a discount. I have Medicare.

Another thing is I live in South Georgia and am concerned about having to travel 3 hours to Atlanta if there is a problem. Surgeons in Macon and Albany do not take Medicare. So does anybody else live far from their surgeon?
