I wish it was that but my wife can feel it. I just wonder if it is like scar tissue or something. I have a post op doctor apt tomorrow I will ask then. Ty.

Most likely scar tissue and inflammation. You could have a small hematoma or seroma. These usually dissolve in time, but if the area continues to bother you, becomes red and hot and or you develop a fever, call the doctor.
