Band Slipped Repositioning Surgery Scheduled -Now What?

Band slipped after 3.5 years. Initially lost 75 lbs in first 9 months. Been slowly gaining about half of it back. Would like to hear from others who have gone thru second surgery and kept the band. Any surprises? What was your weight loss experience the 2nd time around?

I just got rebanded after my initial surgery 8 years ago. My band hasn't slipped so much as constantly sprung a leak from every part possible. After two fixes I had a disconnect. Lost 100 lbs and then after pregnancy gained 50 back. So far so good. I'll let you know how I do this time next year :)
