So i am at 6.5 cc and definatly feel restriction

Is this mean I am in the green zone , I don't feel like I can get an other adjustment , at least not for a while . Because I can nearly eat but only small portions ? Anyone ?

    good for you! I have only had 2 fills and i'm at 5.5 cc- I'm feeling more restriction now and I had my fill last week. I'm hoping that this feeling lasts for a while.

    I hope this is my sweet spot.
