There was one down in Payson, but he wanted something like 500 a fill. There was another one at the Foothill Family Practice, but the machine he used was broken, had been for 2 months and the nurse didn't know when it was going to be fixed.

    Hello, did you find someone in Utah to do your fills? I was banded last week, so I have some time time to go. I understand their is a Doctor at Highland family medicine, and that Salt Lake Regional Medical Center will do fills, but they require and upper GI series before they will even see you. Thank you
