Introduced Carbs To My Diet And Lost 5Lbs

Had my second fill yesterday and ...Omg did it hurt! Lady stuck me three times!

Anyway I had been kinda stuck on the same weight three weeks ago ... Thanksgiving week I introduced carbs to my diet thought I was probably going to gain weight ... To my surprise I lost 5lbs that week .., go figure .... So now I'm not restricting carbs from my diet! I can basically eat anything but in very little portions ... I guess what works for some doesn't always work for others! Good luck to me and everyone else!!!

Happy happy happy!!!! Learning as I go!

A few of us have been discussing something similar in this thread. http://www.lapbandtalk.com/topic/159669-carb-cycling-an-experiment-gone-right/

We have been seeing some success following Chris Powells Carb Cycle Solution. Alternating low carb and high carb days.
