Salty Snacks?

Hi. I'm 12 days out in full liquids. Doing real well so far except for extreme craving for pretzels or chips. I mean, I just want that crunch and that salt. Any suggestions?

Thanks friends, and happy Thanksgiving!

I know I crave salty things tooo. I found these popcorn chips called popcorners I'm addicted to them. They are pretty low in calories or I eat Baked lays which are good. Sent from my iPhone using

I've had extreme cravings for the same items, I've been banded for 20days and I'm praying my first fill next week resolves the craving. Try to get your protein first then measure out a serving size portion and snack slowly on that through out the day. A friend told me to really increase my water intake and munch on ice chips when craving come. However, I've not be that proactive yet. Good luck and know you're not alone.

Not sure about that if you are in the liquid phase; might want to check out the recipe data base in LabBand.com (LINK: http://www.lapband.com/en/mylapband/recipe_box/browse/)

I remember those couple weeks before the first fill were absolute hell as far as hunger and cravings go. Drink lots of water and milk. It's hard to do the salt thing on liquids. Only thing I can think of is a teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter but please check with your nutritionist or doctor before you try it.

If you are on liquids chicken broth is your best bet. Enjoy!!

Microwave pork rinds.....high in protein and band friendly...no carbs low fat and the calories are simple to burn!

Didn't she say she is on liquids?

Pickle cicles for real? Is that a frozen pickle or pickle juice?
