  1. I just had 2cc removed this morning bc of reflux . I had a stomach virus 2 weeks ago and it my stomach was never right. Dr said my stomach was swollen around the band and it made the band to tight. Hoping this works!
  2. I have gotten some good deals as I fly through clothes on poshmark.com. They also have a phone app. Use the code HUJDD and get a $5 credit. People are selling things from their closet and u can too! They will bundle multiple pieces from same seller to save shipping as well. Good luck poshing! Mbooth76
  3. I wasn't allowed chili bc it had meat in it but I could have beans, potatoes, cheese and peanut butter. If the gas pains are still bother you this far out there is a pill for to get rid of it but you have to ask for it. Use gas ex strips for the time being.
  4. I was allowed to have runny potatoes, oatmeal, shakes and beans no meat at all. Every diet is different.
  5. My dr says "take it easy" but has never said not to eat my regular food.
  6. I don't know if I ran a temp but pain meds always make me a little nauseous, and the bloated feeling will go away in a few days. Walking helps with that. Good luck! Best choice I ever made!
  7. I just had .5cc removed a week after my second fill. I had the same symptoms you had.
  8. Only if you can't rule out pregnancy!
  9. My doctor just says take it easy. I can eat whatever I want before and after a fill
  10. Mine went missing for a long time! It throws ur cycle off bad!
  11. Are you sure. That's the post op diet! I was allowed a normal supper and shakes and soups for breakfast and lunch before surgery.
  12. Minime I asked if I could have some veggies and they said not yet but I can have beans and potatoes... Makes no sense. I wish I could have some zucchini that was one I asked about specifically. All the mushies they told me are high protien items like beans, cheese, peanut butter, yogurt etc but no veggies.
  13. I got moved to mushies a week ago and have not lost anything. Is that normal? I am only getting 700-800 calories a day. I'm not hungry. I eat exactly what they tell me to eat and only one cup of food per meal (lunch and supper) breakfast is usually one egg. Any ideas?
  14. Before I was banded my blood sugar was out of whack and one of the symptoms was hunger right after eating. Maybe you should have your blood sugar checked. In my case it was dropping out.
  15. I could use some encouraging on there too! Banded 11/15. Mbooth76
  16. I was allowed any kind of coffee with non dairy creamer and sweet n low. Congrats!
  17. I was banded on the 15th and had shoulder pain until yesterday! Walking and laying on my stomach was the only thing that seemed to help me.
  18. Me too! I'm not allowed shakes . Makes no sense why some Drs allow it and some don't. However I can have coffee with non dairy creamer. I have grown to love French vanilla creamer in my coffee and it is sugar free!
  19. Make pickle cicles! My daughter does it all the time. Might help with crunch and salt.
  20. Absolutely! I'm one week out and still on clear for another week!
  21. Lol Lee! Do y'all think sugar free watered down hot cocoa will be ok?
