yea i can only have pure liquids like broth crystal light sugar free popsicles and sugar free jello. i dont think i can have shakes yet till after surgery. is it normal for me to feel like i want to vomit????? its a horrible feeling.

Oh wow that's crazy! When is your surgery date? I guess every surgeon is different and it might have to do with your bmi. Who knows?

Yes unfortunately very normal. You're hungry and that's probably why. Not sure why it makes u feel like that but mine always does when I'm hungry. Maybe the constant twisting is upsetting it? Try some hot tea with honey and/or lemon. See if that eases the nausea! Hope that feeling goes away!

might be withdrawals to lots of food types. Sodas, sugars, coffee. Try some Tums.

Are you sure. That's the post op diet! I was allowed a normal supper and shakes and soups for breakfast and lunch before surgery.
