  2. How about next Saturday around 11am or 12am. That will give me time to sort some of the larger sizes out.
  3. I live in the northeast valley. I'm in between Scottsdale and Mesa, so finding a location can be easy. What is a good day for you to meet?

  5. I'm a client of True Results Scottsdale also. I live in Fountain Hills. My surgery was November 2012. I am very pleased with TR. I would love to be part of a coffee group/support group.

  15. Suddenly, my band tightened. Self diagnosed, I went to a clear liquid diet. It did not help, it became more uncomfortable and I could not get water down. I was also having regurgitation in my sleep. It was very unpleasant. I had an emergency appointment to relieve the pressure in my band. Immediately I felt relief. It took a few weeks for the reflux to subside. However, it did. My appetite never increased, nor did I regain any weight. I see many members suffering from "tightness", yet sacred to have any fluid removed in fear they will regain. I just want to confirm that a decrease in fluid from the band doesn't mean weight gain will occur. I remained in the "green zone". Please do not refrain from getting an "unfill" because of fear. The relief is priceless.
  16. Donna, I wish you lived closer. I have so many clothes size 22 to 16. I would love to give them too you. It would cost so much to mail them. I'm so happy for you! You looked so fantastic in the last picture you posted.

  23. My doctor also told me "no liquid calories", and that included protein drinks. I, however, have two protein drinks a day. I have one at 8am and one at 2pm. I do not have an appetite until 4pm. I receive 60g of protein, and 320 calories a day from the protein drinks that I wouldn't receive otherwise. My doctor understands my situation and supports this option for me. I wish you the best of luck!

  25. Caffeine and Tylenol may help. ONLY if you are allowed caffeine. Best wishes! It gets much better!
  26. I'm a psychologist, PhD. I own my agency, specializing in children with special needs. I found myself going back to emails and paperwork the following morning of my surgery. I can totally relate to the post regarding being appreciated with gifts of food. Cookies, cakes, donuts, bagels...client families are always trying to feed me and my staff. I appreciate it, but some treats are tough to walk away from. Chocolate is the most difficult.
