Caffeine and Tylenol may help. ONLY if you are allowed caffeine. Best wishes! It gets much better!

Do you drink enough water or other drinks?

I had to come off caffine... 2 1/2 days my head did hurt, but I did drink decaf which helped a little.. I am sure you will do great!

I think so. I've had two Protein shakes and two bottles of water. Also had a sm diet pepsi in case it was lack of caffeine. I will get more liquid in tonight. Maybe it's sugar withdraw?? No idea. I know it has to get better. I'm staying positive:)

Thanks! I can have caffeine and had some didn't help. I'll try Tylenol. staying positive :)

You can do it! I understand those headaches.. it is hard to comfortable or do much of anything! Keep hydrated! hope the rest of your pre-op diet goes well! My surgery is in July as well! EXCITING!

Idk about you but I get headaches when I'm really hungry, which happens a lot on the pre op diet! It's definitely no fun, especially when I'm in class for 5 hours a day and trying to listen and pay attention and I can't! I've been drinking water like crazy which definitely helps. I think I definitely had some caffeine/sugar withdrawal from the diet soda but my doc says NO soda or carbonation on the preop diet so that was the first thing to go!
