In My Dreams

The other night I had a dream I lost a whole bunch of weight and all I had left on me was saggy skin. I felt more ungly in saggy skin than I ever did as a fat girl. I was depressed and embarrassed and my husband did not want to touch me. I woke up like I just had a night mare. AAAAAHHHH!!!!! OMG, I am still me. I wonder what my dream means?

You are scared that is all. Each of our bodies react differently to weight loss. Some are able to tone right up and be fine, other have the saggy skin. You do not know and won't know until you loose where you will fall. Most people fall in the middle, have a saggy skin in key places. Some have to have it removed for medical reasons, some donate it to burn centers to lower the cost.

Just try not to stress, dreams are often just manifasations of our own fears.

You are worried about it. And unfortunately it might come true. It depends on lots of things- genetics, weight loss and regain, pregnancy. Don't fall for any of those creams or whatever. If needed, find a good plastic surgeon if your lucky enough to be able to afford it. Or, like said, if it's for medical reasons insurance just may cover it. Relax for now and just concentrate on getting healthy.
