This has been a rough week. I am getting over a very bad bout with Bronchitis, but I think I am ready to start walking/exercising again.
The problem is that I can't seem to get back on track. I am being very careless with eating the wrong kind of foods. Not so much the quantity though. It is so easy to slip back into old habits. It really does help to have someone to talk to that understands all the ups and downs and to help you each other get through it. Please let me know if anyone is interested.
