Looking For A Buddy In The Northwest Area

I am on one month post op. Banded on 10-1-2012. There are no local support groups in my area so just want to have an accountablity person when things get difficult. Down 65lbs from my highest point and down 20 lbs since surgery. Keep on Keepin On.

Cheers

Mike

Joel,

I am in walla walla area. Not to many banders around here. Just taking it slow, having a hard time getting the 115g of protien per day. Where are you?

Im in Olympia. Whats your issues with getting the protein?

I too do not find many banders in my area, I am in the Portland area though. . I am 4 years post surgery now so I have been thru most of the issues and as we speak am up at 2 am with wicked acid reflux.. still can not tame that one.. but anytime you need to talk or some advice, message or forum. We are a unique bunch. ;-)

I am in Gresham (Portland) area. Is anyone interested in hiking? I have been going hiking a lot and although I am slow, would love a hiking/geocaching pal....any takers????
