I am really needing to take Omega-3's....but I am sooo concerned it will get stuck. Have any of you had problems with it getting stuck or any other suggestions?

They make chew-able, I take them. You can purchase at CVS, GNC and Target. I am sure there are more places but those I know about. I take all my vitamins as chew ables, calcium, biotin, multi and Omega 3's. My Omega 3's are citrus flavored not my favorite but tolerable.

If I take a vitamin or supplement Thats large.I usually just try to break them apart.Knife or pill cutter.

I take a Standard Process omega3 that is chewable. I get it through my chiropractor (as I do most if my nutritional needs)

Most Omega 3s are fish oil capsules and cannot be broken apart or cut unless you specifically have a chewable version.

Ok I'm busted.my goof.i was actually talking about other pills besides fish oil.I hate that fishy burp aftertaste.I know they have the fish oil blended in aloe by Goodness of the Earth at walmart.flavored
