6 Day Post-Op And Really Tender In Abdomen, Side & Shoulder

I am on my 6th day post-op and feel like there is a large lump in my stomach area. I'm still uncomfortable in my stomach, side (ribs) and shoulder. It feels like something is stuck in my stomach up into my esophagus area as well. I can feel my insides throbbing when I move or press on my stomach area. I just want to know if this is normal or something I should be worried about. I have done well on fluids and ate some cream of chicken soup yesterday as well as some pudding. Bowel movements are loose but I know things are moving through my body. Drinking lots of fluids. Have been using a heating pad on my shoulder and around my rib area which makes it feels some better. Would just like some feedback on what I'm feeling. Thanks so much!!!
