Itchy Incision 2 Years Post-Op????? Wtf

any thoughts as to why I have been having mad itching directly on my port incision, 22 months post op? it is so weird no place else on my abdomen itches at all...I don't even know where to begin on this one.. coming from inside or outside? Has anyone had gallbladder issues after surgery? I have noooooo idea. Suggestions?
