Anyone Getting Banded Or Has Recently Been Banded At Kaiser Richmond That Can Explain The Steps

Is there anyone that was was banded at Kaiser Richmond that can tell me what is expected of me before banding. What tests and procedures are required? What is estimated time from first meetign to band date? How much weight is required to lood before band date? How long is the hospital stay? What is pre-op diet? Any and everything you can tell me would be helpful.
