That's great! I'm only 5 days in so not really sure how many pounds i've lost, if any yet but its great that you are losing! I'm still adjusting to my band too...sometimes it feels like air is trapped and I'm going to pop like a balloon, but hey...it's worth it to power through!

I am still adjusting to the Band, but I am really seeing a lost in inches as welcome as pounds
