Stuck Episode That Lasted For About 30 Mins

I haven't gotten stuck for a couple of weeks now i'm getting stuck every day! Is my stomach irritated which maybe causing the stuck episodes? Last nite was the worst stuck ever it lasted for 30 mins, usually it goes away after it comes back up but this one didn't It just kept coming up and finally it stopped, should I go back to liquids and muchys for a while?

Did you recently get a fill? For me when I'd get a fill I never noticed a difference right away but a week later I'd feel more restriction. Then I'd have to learn to take even smaller bites.

Yes most definitely go back to liquids for a few days then introduce your mushies then if you're fine your solids. You have swelling because of the stuck episodes and need to let everything settle down.

Just remember to take much smaller bites when reintroducing your solids again.

Hope you settle quickly!

I have been experiencing the same thing since my last fill. I have found that I am seldom hungry...but...last week it seemed that even the smallest bite got stuck. I had to go back to liquids/mushies for a couple days. This week I am doing better, but I really need to be very careful and take small bites and chew very well.
