Soft Food Questions.

I am not really sure about the soft food stage of my band. I understand that you must eat soft food (sugar free jello, sugar free pudding, oatmeal, apple sauce, ect.) But, how much do you eat? The whole cup of jello? A whole serving of oatmeal? I am post op and STARVING! (I assume this too, is normal?!)

I got so much paperwork on diet, foods to eat & foods to avoid. I'm glad I did b/c when they're telling you it's like info over load.

I am in the same boat! They gave me all kinds of information on what to eat on the post-op diet but not how much. I had a cup a tomato basil soup last night and tonight and a shake for breakfast and lunch. I'm actually only supposed to have 3 shakes a day until Thursday but I found the soup isn't any thicker than the shakes.

Good luck!
