I am trying to eat three times a day, one cup of food. What I find though is that I am not able to get 1000 calories. I average around 700 calories and this is with fat included. Does anyone have any suggestions or do you have two snacks a day also? I know that it will not be good in the long run not to be eating enough. Any suggestions will be truly appreciated
