Deflation In Los Angeles, San Fernando Area

Does anybody know of a good Dr. Who does deflations at a good rate??? Had not seen my Dr for over 3 years and they really raised their prices to $450. I'm looking for someone in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley are. Thanks a bunch!!
