I get banded a week from today, on 4/24! I am starting to freak and get a bit nervous! Anyone else?! Any words of encouragement? Thank you!! :rolleyes:

Five weeks out now. Down 18 since surgery. Feel great. Had one fill. At this point my restriction is in my will power, which is pretty none existent or I would have been a size 8 all my life.

So far, I find that I lose rapidly for a week, then plateau for two weeks.

Doc says dont count calories, count Protein. Says the body has to work hard to burn protein so it burns more calories to digest steak than sugar or fat.
