I went for my 7 month weigh in, and I didn't loose a pound from the previous month. The Nurse said that's not too bad because I didn't gain a pound either, but I could have literally flipped that room upside down. She said to think of it as holiday fever. She also said they I may have reached my plateau. However...I admitted I haven't been drinking my 64 oz. of water a day. That's a REAL problem for me. The doctor also said that I might not have lost pounds, but I may have lost inches. What's the difference? Does water play a major part in this? Could it have mad a difference in the scale if I menstruating that day? Reason I ask that...I've been weighing myself on the same scale at home for the past 7 months, and according to that scale...I lost 4 pounds since last month. HELP!!
