Fill Locations In Or Around Nashville, Tn?

I am scheduled for a LapBand by Dr. Ortiz at OCC, in Tijauana on Feb. 17th 2012 (about 5 weeks). I was wondering if anyone knows of any doctors who will do my fill in, or around Nashville? I talked to Dr. Hugh Houston at Centennial about doing my fills, but they charge about $650 for the first fill and roughly $400 for each remaining fill. These prices include first-time patient fees, doctor fee and hospital fee's. But, this is still a LOT of damn money for a fill.
While I am super enthused to get this surgery, with fills at those prices.. I'm just not sure if I can justify it over, say, the Vertical Sleeve. The sleeve would cost about $1500 more, but I would never have to deal with the potential of spending several thousand dollars on fills in the next few years.
