i need help too...PLEASE HELLLLPPPP!!! LOL =) i know i have no one to blame but myself. i've been battling these last 20 pregnancy pounds for the last two years, and once i do (if i do) hit the pre-pregnancy weight i have 20lbs more to go for goal. i feel like i'll never make it! i get my fills done in T.J., the doc is open 1 saturday out of the month, most of the time i have some function i can't back out of so i don't go as often and when i do make it out there, i kid you not every time i go i need to get Fluid taken out because my esophagus is irritated...wth?! i'm irritated with being irritated!!!! i currently have 2.0cc in my 4.0 band...i can't get back on track. my time is consumed being a mommy, wife, and work. at times i feel like i got banded for nothing...well not nothing, my ultimate goal was to have a baby, so it wasn't in vain. but i forgot that feeling or spark i had when i got banded...i can't even remember how i lost so much weight, what i did, and most of all i lost my motivation...ugh!!!! whatchutalkingabout_smile.gif

I got on the site today to get remotivated and I can't express how great it is to always find what I'm looking for. I have lost 70lbs with 20 more to go and have totally fallen off the wagon. I eat like a college student and don't drink Water and have neglected the gym. After the last bit of weight I lost everyone was comlimenting me and responding to me differently and I think I got lazy. I am trying to re gain some focus so thank you thank you for this post

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
