Welcome to the challenge!

You know the part of everyone's posts that I enjoy reading the most? The personal goals we each set for the month. For so long many of us have put ourselves last and everyone else first. I just sit and smile while I read these goals! I hope this is a great month for each of us!

Joan

Mine too. I hope everyone else has time to read all of the posts and are not just posting their weight each week.

Good morning everyone. It is Saturday at 8:22 AM. I got up at 5 to get this table completed. Sorry it is late but when my account got deleted I lost all my profile settings and had to get them set up again. Here is the link to the current results. As always if there is a mistake or I left someone out let me know so I can fix it.

Harvest Moon Challenge

As Joan stated earlier one of the most enjoyable thing about this job is that I get to read everyone's posts and read all of their goals and the personal goals are the best. My favorite this month was from Bella Bear.

Live during the day, Love at night.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
