I had my 3rd fill on Monday. I've been doing ok until last night. I had some issues with dinner but, they resolved themselves. Then before I went to bed I always take 1 of my medications and my daily Vitamin. I think the vitamin is stuck! It took a long time before I could go to sleep because of the chest pain. I figured it went down but, then I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and I took a few sips of my Water and I spent the next hour back in pain and trying to throw up. Ugh! This morning I am not throwing up but, water wants to come up and there is no pain. What do I do? Will the vitamin disolve? Should I just wait a few hours and see if it resolves itself?

I haven't experienced that, but it sounds like maybe there's they filled to much. I use chewable Flintstone Multi-vitamins.

I was told no pills bigger than a peanut. lucky my meds are very small. And for Vitamins I take One a day gummies for adults. You are probably swollen due to dinner and pill getting stuck. Always a good idea to call your doctor for advise!!!!! Hope you feel better soon.

Flintstones Complete with CHOLINE. They are chewable, and they keep you pepped up.

I have been on them for 6 years now, and NO ! complaints here...

Thanks everyone! It finally either came unstuck or dissolved. But, I did not feel good for the rest of the day. I think things were swollen so I was only able to drink my Protein shakes. We'll see how today goes. Maybe they put a little too much Fluid in or maybe I just cant take these Vitamins anymore. I bought chewables last night. Not getting in that situation again!

On a good note I've lost 5 pounds this week! Yeah!

make sure to go on liquids for a day or so after a big stick like that - you're probably still a bit swollen.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
